Boston Public Market nominated for best public market in 2024 by USA Today - MassLive.com

A Massachusetts market needs your help to claim the title of the best public market in the country.

Boston Public Market has been recognized as one of the 20 best public markets in the United States by USA Today. The markets were nominated by a panel of experts, the outlet said.

“This year-round, indoor market features around 30 New England food producers and artisans selling fresh produce, prepared foods, crafts, and other specialty items,” USA Today said about Boston Public Market, located at 100 Hanover St. in Boston. “Everything sold comes from New England, with a focus on seasonality.”

This is not the first time Boston Public Market has been recognized by the national outlet. The market was named among the 10 best public markets in the U.S. in 2021 and 2022.

People can vote once per day for Boston Public Market online before polls close at noon on Monday, April 15.

The 10 winning markets will be announced on Wednesday, April 24. More information about the contest can be found here.
